Today on YouTube, Lady Gaga fans have a practical unlimited buffet – Lady Gaga’s “Alejandro” video is out, as is the “Baby Gaga Telephone” video. At 9 a.m. on June 8, the “Alejandro” video was released on YouTube, LadyGaga.com, and PerezHilton.com. The Baby Gaga video, though, has been online for a day or so – and sparking lots of debate.
3 year old Baby Gaga performs ‘Telephone’
The parents of 3 year old Kiera Ladrow have featured her in a video “starring Baby Gaga.” In the YouTube video recently posted, the young girl stars in a re-creation of the “Telephone” video. In contrast to the original “Telephone” this video doesn’t have guards sexually assaulting the star, killing a restaurant full of people, or dancing in practically nothing. The Baby Gaga video is nevertheless the center of a controversy, though. Basically, many people are wondering if Baby Gaga is too young to be asked to do such an adult-themed spoof – much like the Single Ladies” girls that were on the World of Dance. The parents of this “Baby Gaga” insisted on the news that their daughter was “having all kinds of fun.”
The ‘Alejandro’ Lady Gaga video release
Lady Gaga released a video this morning, not necessarily in reaction to the Baby Gaga video, but on practically the same day. There were two teasers of the “Alejandro” video that were released a couple of days early. The two teasers make it appear that the video will have flavors of Madonna’s Vogue video with a good dose of Gaga avant guarde thrown in. The video was openly released at 9 a.m. PST. The Perez Hilton website got the inside scoop, and was able to release the video at the very same time it went live everywhere else. The video was directed by Steve Klein, a fashion photographer. This “GagaKlein” collaboration is rumored to be the first of several prepared projects, and fans can be certain the on-set photography of the video could be amazing.
